OK. We need your help. Our customer, Donna, needs your help! Check out the two photos of her beautiful quilt. This will be entered in Maine Quilts 2012 in July. Sashing or no sashing? Please help us out!
How does she plan to quilt it? (asked like a longarm quilter) No sashing would let the quilting flow around all the blocks, but sashing would allow more focus on each block- maybe different background fillers? and add another design element

I think no sashing
No Sashing.
No sashing keeps the focus on the blocks and lets your eye flow across the quilt much better.

Both would be beautiful..but I like sashing..it makes each individual block stand out..but it does flow without...depends on what she wants..
