All Wrapped Up!
Join us this Saturday February 25th for our MCQS-U session on clothesline coasters. This one hour session will teach you all you need to know to make beautiful wrapped items. 10:30-11:30. The $15 class fee includes all materials. Please bring a sewing machine that can zig-zag. Also please call to RSVP!

"But You Ain't Got No Arms!"
Oh, but I do. In fact, I have TWO longarms! Yes folks, two! We've welcomed another APQS Lenni into the MCQS family and have lovingly named it "Squiggy". So all that's left is to decide who is Laverne and who is Shirley! Let's all think a minute about Laverne and Shirley and the Monty Python armless knight together in a sitcom scene...
And now that we're done with that...
We're introducing longarm quilting as a service to our "customers from away"! If you visit our shop from out of state or are just too far away to drop off a quilt to be machine quilted, you can now use our handy website worksheets to order what you want! On the Longarm Quilting page of our website, you'll find three handy PDF's to help you prepare your quilt, choose a pantograph pattern and order your quilting service. If at any time you need help filling out the Worksheet, you can always call us at the shop for assistance. Our quilters also appreciate all our local business and for you, nothing changes! You can keep dropping off and picking up your quilts here as you've always done. And if you're a new local customer, you can do the same! It's one of the fun parts of my job to see quilt tops come in and be transformed by the machine quilting. Now, I'm looking forward to doing it more with your quilts from away!

Oh, The Agony of...De-Fat Quarters
So, we lost the game. It's just a game, right? But, you say you missed the Fat-Quarter-Back-Sneak because you don't live here? Well that's just wrong! So.....for our "from away" customers who didn't get to take part in our great annual fat quarter sale, this is for you.
Call the shop between now and Friday and you can order FQ bundles for the sale price. Here's what that means...
Call me. Choose how many bundles you want at the 10 for $15 price. Choose a theme (or two or three). I'll pick your assortment and mail them out. Shipping/handling will be a flat rate of $6 no matter how many you order.
This is a limited time offer and only available to our customers "from away". Walk-in requests are a no-no.
